LASSE GUSTAFSSON 

I began my career in the world of sports.
Early on, I had the opportunity to lead teams as a coach and work in sports management within some of the country’s most commercially driven initiatives. Our efforts were successful.

I was later recruited into the business world.
With over 25 years as a consultant, I’ve completed more than 350 assignments across 12 countries.

I help organizations drive growth and development through clear leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on execution.

My assignments often involve strategy and goal setting, sales and business development, leadership and executive team development, team performance, goal management, change management, recruitment and selection, as well as board and interim roles.

In recent years, I’ve chosen to work independently.
My contributions are grounded in extensive experience, evidence-based methods, and a proven approach that delivers results.
Today, I collaborate with a select group of carefully chosen partners.

Our track record shows that most organizations can reach entirely new levels of performance — if they’re willing to challenge the way they currently operate.
